The Welsh subcontractor framework will provide additional capacity for responsive repairs, highway works, doors and windows, drainage and groundworks and whole-house refurbishments. Work will be awarded as required, with local SMEs particularly encouraged to attend the Cwmbran event.

Advancing long-term town-centre regeneration, North Herts Council’s Churchgate Regeneration Zone Procurement – Hitchin Town Centre is valued at £100m over 180 months. The East Anglia appointment will provide specialist development expertise for the 2.2-hectare site, initially covering feasibility, viability, masterplanning, risk and delivery planning. Subject to approval, a second phase may include detailed planning, consents, development-agreement support and implementation preparation.

Supplying resilient flooring for affordable homes, L&Q Group’s Vinyl Sheet Flooring Supply Only 2026 – 2030 is valued at £2.14m excluding VAT, equivalent to approximately £2.57m including VAT. The initial 24-month framework may be extended to 48 months and comprises separate new-build and major-works lots across five English regions. Products must be supplied directly by manufacturers, with distributors, wholesalers and resellers excluded.

Improving outdoor environments around council homes, Swansea City and County’s Contract for the Execution of Environmental Facilities West Cross Phase 3 is valued at £965k over five months. The Welsh works cover gardens within dwelling boundaries in West Cross, including upgrades to boundary and party-wall fencing, gates, clothes lines, paths and hedges in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.

Adapting an occupied family home, Northumberland County Council’s Leaholme Crescent, Blyth, CSDP Extension (Site Visit on 25.09.2026 & 28.09.2026) is valued at £40k over approximately three months. The North East project will create an accessible ground-floor living and cloakroom/WC extension for a vulnerable resident, including drainage alterations, structural work and connection to the existing house. Attendance at a scheduled site visit is mandatory.

Renewing flooring within residential accommodation, Dover District Council’s Replacement Flooring at Eastry Court is valued at £35k over one month. The South East works at Eastry Court in Aylesham are expected to commence in December 2026 and continue for four weeks, with tenders assessed on 85% price and 15% quality.

Modernising residential care provision, Denbighshire County Council’s PIN – Dolwen Residential Care Home; the proposed £12m Welsh programme would extend and modernise the 1960s care home from 32 to 50 beds, adding en-suite rooms, dementia provision, improved accessibility, community support and digital technology. Suppliers are currently being asked for indicative Strategic Outline Case and Outline Business Case costs.

Restoring external insulation finishes, Magenta Living’s EWI Cladding Reinstatement – ML2026/023 will run for 12 months. The North West contract covers the reinstatement of external wall insulation cladding across three Magenta Living sites.

Supporting delivery of new affordable homes, Isle of Anglesey County Council’s Employer’s Agent Services for Development of 8 Houses at Zealand Park, Caergeiliog (Site Visit on 01.10.2026) has a stated value of £2.4m over an initial six months. The Welsh appointment covers Employer’s Agent, project management and CDM Principal Designer services for eight new-build affordable homes in Caergeiliog, Ynys Môn. A further six-month extension may be awarded.
