Adaptation – Batch 18 – 25-294 (Call-off) has been awarded by Haringey London Borough to Topcoat Construction t/a TCL Group under a £94k, 36-month contract. The call-off will deliver adaptations including bathroom alterations and specialist installations such as floor and stair lifts, ramps and level access showers and entrances.

Provision of Domestic and Commercial Heating Installation Services for Boiler Upgrades and Central Heating Replacements has been awarded by Amplius to Sureserve Compliance Central under a £119m, 60-month contract. The appointment covers large-scale boiler upgrades and central heating replacement works across properties spanning Yorkshire and the Humber, the Midlands, East Anglia and the South East.

Auto Doors and Roller Shutters has been awarded by Sheffield City Council to ADC Entrance Solutions under a £420k, 2-year contract. The service will cover scheduled servicing, maintenance, inspections and responsive repairs for automatic doors, roller shutters, electric gates and car park barriers across housing and corporate council estates.

Servicing and Maintenance of Secure Entry Doors and Door Entry Systems has been awarded by Clyde Valley Housing Association Ltd. to Robertson Acom under a £325k, 36-month contract. The appointment will provide ongoing servicing and maintenance for secure entry doors and door entry systems across the association’s properties in Scotland.

Trinity Court Fire Door Replacement Project 2026 has been awarded by Castles & Coasts Housing Association Ltd to Isoler under a £242k, 2-month contract. The programme will replace 58 fire doors at Trinity Court sheltered housing in Whitehaven, including flat entrance, stairwell, cross-corridor and storeroom doors, alongside associated compartmentation works.

St Georges New Build – HAR6019 has been awarded by Tower Hamlets London Borough to Guildmore under a £60m, 36-month contract. The project will involve demolition of the existing St Georges Leisure Centre followed by construction of a new leisure facility and an eight-storey residential building providing 29 new homes, with landscaping and public realm improvements.

Scredda Land & Build has been awarded by Plymouth Community Homes to Classic Builders (South West) under a £9.58m, 24-month contract. The appointment will support the development and construction of 48 homes at the Scredda site in the South West.

Flat Roofing Contract 2026/27 has been awarded by Folkestone & Hythe District Council to G. Baker Roofing under a £125k, 8-month contract. The programme covers replacement of flat roofs to six houses and 17 entrance porches, alongside insulation upgrades to support compliance with the Decent Homes Standard.

Poverest Housing Development Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy RIBA STAGES 0-7 has been awarded by Bromley London Borough to Pollard Thomas Edwards under a £1.08m, 32-month contract. The appointment brings together an architect-led multidisciplinary team to support the housing development from RIBA Stage 0 through Stage 7, covering design, planning, engineering, landscape and specialist consultancy services.

Clerk of Works Service for Warm Home local Grant – Lot 13 (Call-off) has been awarded by Greater London Authority to Baily Garner under a £543k contract. The Fusion21 framework call-off will provide independent technical auditing of energy efficiency and low-carbon heating installations, with particular focus on measures including wall insulation and air source heat pumps.

Bellegrove Housing Development – Clerk of Works has been awarded by Bromley London Borough to Rund Partnership under a £50k, 31-month contract. The appointment will provide independent on-site oversight of workmanship, materials and compliance, helping to maintain quality and minimise defects and delays during the housing development.
