The four-lot framework will provide flexible repairs, maintenance, consultancy and major works services across domestic and commercial properties, with suppliers appointed through direct award or mini-competition via the Plentific platform.

Proposed Single Storey Rear Bedroom and Shower Room Extension at 29 Elworthy Avenue – 20266 has been awarded by Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council to Stairlift Specialists under a £58k, 6-month contract. The project will deliver a single-storey rear extension incorporating a new bedroom and shower room at a residential property in Halewood.

SHF Wave 3 Design and Build (Heat Pumps 2025) (Call-off) has been awarded by Southend-on-Sea Borough Council to Kensa Contracting under a £7.2m, 27-month contract. The call-off will deliver ground source heat pump systems to up to 231 dwellings across the Balmoral tower blocks, supporting the council’s housing decarbonisation and fuel poverty reduction objectives.

Provision of Sheltered Housing Scheme – Access Control Solution (Call-off) has been awarded by Leicester City Council to OpenView Security Solutions under a £333k, 60-month contract. The EEM0037 Door Entry Framework call-off will deliver GSM/4G door entry and access control systems to sheltered housing schemes, alongside ongoing maintenance and support.

Development Partner for Phase 1 (with Potential of Future Phases) of Granton Waterfront has been awarded by Edinburgh City Council to Cruden Homes under a £126.5m, 7-year development agreement. The first phase of the Granton Waterfront scheme will deliver 847 homes, following Cruden Homes’ successful pre-development work for the project.

Former Liberton Hospital Development – Service Order Stage (Call-off) has been awarded by Edinburgh City Council to CCG (Scotland) under a £2.4m, 24-month contract. The call-off will support the residential-led redevelopment of the former hospital site, progressing pre-construction design services to RIBA Stage 4 through the council’s New Build Housing Framework.

Construction of Houses at Bute Walk (call-off) has been awarded by Derby City Council to Geda Construction under a £1.1m, 25-month contract. The project will deliver five new houses together with associated external works at Bute Walk.

Contract for Labour Only Plastering Works has been awarded by Swansea City and County to SAM Drylining under a £136k, 13-month contract. The appointment will provide labour-only plastering works at West Cross, Swansea.

Proposed Single Storey Rear WC Extension at 28 Mirfield Close L26 9XP – 20264 – has been awarded by Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council to AA Molyneux Builders under a £33k, 6-month contract. The works will provide a new single-storey rear WC extension at the residential property in Halewood.

Proposed Single Storey Rear Bedroom Extension at 6 Fleetwood Gardens – 20261 has been awarded by Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council to Metro Developments under a £31k, 6-month contract. The project will deliver a single-storey rear bedroom extension at the property in Kirkby.

BWR Phase 2 – Architecture Services (Call-off) has been awarded by Bath and North East Somerset Council to Fielden Clegg Bradley under a £325k, 32-month contract. The call-off will provide architectural services to support the planning submission for Phase 2 of the Bath Western Riverside development.

Civil Engineering for St Catherine’s Wood has been awarded by Surrey Heath Borough Council to Flood & Civil under a £45k, 3-month contract. The appointment will provide drainage and construction design services and support the removal of planning conditions for a new Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace at St Catherine’s Wood in Frimley.
