The Glasgow contract covers gas and ASHP servicing, reactive repairs, boiler replacements, high-heat-retention heating upgrades and a 24-hour emergency call-out service. Two annual extensions are available. The three individual lot estimates total approximately £780k including VAT.

Strengthening electrical compliance and supply capacity, Kirklees Council’s PIN – Framework for the Provision of Electrical Works and Goods is valued at £30m over an initial 24 months, with a possible 24-month extension. The proposed Yorkshire and the Humber framework covers domestic rewires, minor electrical works, EICRs and remedial repairs, isolation switches, solar PV works and the supply of electrical and mechanical materials across six lots.

Planning its longer-term digital transition, Your Housing Group’s PIN – Digital Warden Call Equipment and Solutions has an indicative 48-month tenure, with its value undisclosed. The preliminary market engagement will explore digital warden-call solutions across schemes in the North West, Yorkshire and the Humber, East Midlands and West Midlands, including available technologies, property suitability, investment costs and future resident services.

Protecting a substantial solar estate, Peterborough City Council’s PIN – Soft Market Test for the Development of a Framework for the Repair and Maintenance of Peterborough City Council‘s Solar Estate has its value undisclosed. Up to two suppliers per geographical lot could maintain 7,653 domestic and 64 corporate solar PV assets across four English regions. The opportunity is listed with a 30-month tenure, although the notice proposes an initial three-year framework followed by reopening for a further five years.

Renewing a major national procurement route, Fusion21 Ltd’s PIN – Construction & Refurbishment Framework (2027 – 2031) – PMEN (Virtual Webinar on 21.09.2026) is valued at £750m over 48 months. The UK-wide framework will support housing and non-domestic refurbishment, regeneration, stock improvements, conversions, extensions and new-build projects. Proposed lots separate housing works from non-domestic construction, with regional opportunities available for SMEs.

Managing asbestos risks across public assets, Derby City Council’s Asbestos Removal and Remediation Services and Asbestos Analyst Services – TD2414 is valued at £3.79m over an initial 24 months. Separate East Midlands contracts cover removal and remediation under Lot 1 and surveying, sampling, air testing, training and analytical services under Lot 2. Annual extensions could increase each contract to five years, while the stated values include allowances for potential local government reorganisation.

Maintaining estate metalwork, Greenwich London Borough’s PIN – Metal Works is valued at £380k over 36 months. The proposed Greater London contract covers responsive repairs, minor works, fabrication, installation, maintenance and replacement of metal components across social housing, communal areas, estates and associated buildings. This preliminary market engagement will assess supplier interest and capacity before an anticipated open procurement.

Unlocking a major residential-led scheme, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council’s PIN – Bassingthorpe Farm Strategic Development Partner (Market Engagement Event on 13.10.2026) has an indicative tenure of 233 months, with its value undisclosed. A strategic partner will support planning, infrastructure and phased development of the 187-hectare Yorkshire and the Humber site, potentially delivering up to 2,000 homes alongside community facilities, public space, highways, utilities and drainage.

Renewing residential roof coverings, Hastoe Housing Association Ltd.’s Birch House – Roof Replacement – MW2522 is valued at £80k over four months. The Greater London project covers replacement of the existing roof covering and associated works at Birch House in Kingston upon Thames. The contract will be awarded entirely on price.

Improving fire-safety oversight, Irwell Valley Homes’ Fire Risk Assessments & Associated Consultancy Services is valued at £144k, with an initial tenure of 12 months. The North West requirement covers fire risk assessments and related consultancy across the housing portfolio. Estimated expenditure is £36k annually excluding VAT, equivalent to £144k over four years or £172.8k including VAT.

Guiding new-home delivery, Waverley Borough Council’s Provision of EA, QS and CDM Consultant Services for Crossways Close and Parkhurst Fields will run for 42 months, with its value undisclosed. The appointed South East practice will provide Employer’s Agent, quantity surveying and CDM services throughout the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages, helping ensure the homes meet budget, programme, quality, design and regulatory requirements. A further 12-month extension is available.
