Delivering round-the-clock property services, Northern Ireland Housing Executive’s Response Maintenance & Improvement Works is valued at £95.93m over 61 months. Across three Northern Ireland regional lots, suppliers will provide responsive and emergency repairs, void works, civil engineering, asbestos and fire-safety works, inspections and multi-trade services to homes, communal areas and Housing Executive buildings and land. No minimum volume is guaranteed.

Coordinating essential repairs across Scotland, Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association’s Responsive Maintenance, Void Property Works, Roofing and Drainage is valued at £15m over 36 months. Twenty regional and workstream lots cover day-to-day and emergency repairs, end-to-end void refurbishment, roof inspections and remedial works, drainage services, compliance checks, cleaning and re-let preparation across homes, communal areas, supported housing, offices and other managed properties.

Preparing vacant homes for re-letting, Swindon Borough Council’s PIN – Vacant Property Repairs (Voids) – Questionnaire is valued at £6.4m over an initial 24 months, with a possible 12-month extension. Up to three South West contractors will undertake repairs, maintenance, improvements and full refurbishments to approximately 175 void properties annually from the council’s 10,500-home portfolio. Call-off arrangements are being tested through preliminary market engagement.

Improving accessibility for disabled residents, Northern Ireland Housing Executive’s Major Adaptations for Persons with a Disability (MAPD) Construction Works – South Region – P1366 is valued at £3.8m over approximately 19 months. Two contractors will deliver adaptations across South, Mid-Ulster and South West, including widened doors, ramps, external steps, handrails, kitchen alterations, automated wash-and-dry toilets, intercoms, support rails and body dryers.

Creating a major route to market for energy services, Eastern Procurement Ltd’s Heating, Electrical, Mechanical and Decarbonisation Framework is valued at £1.1bn over 48 months. The single combined, multi-supplier framework will cover servicing, compliance, installations, replacements, responsive repairs, emergency works and project management across domestic and non-domestic properties in England, Wales and Scotland. Technologies include traditional heating, electrical systems, heat pumps, solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, ventilation, heat networks and wider retrofit measures.

Completing a two-phase housing development, Arbour Housing’s Design and Build Contract Commercial Road (Re-tender) is valued at £4m over 18 months. The Northern Ireland project covers completion of 19 houses off Meeting House Road and construction of 24 apartments along Scarva Road in Banbridge, together with utilities, drainage, siteworks and external works. All 43 homes must achieve Secured by Design and Lifetime Homes accreditation, and tenderers must attend a mandatory site visit.

Supporting homeless households moving into accommodation, Wychavon District Council’s Carpeting for Homeless Move-On Accommodation is valued at £150k over 12 months. The responsive West Midlands contract covers the supply, delivery and installation of carpets and associated flooring materials in homes allocated to homeless households. Historical demand indicates approximately 90 referrals annually, although no minimum volume is guaranteed.

Keeping communal play areas safe, Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL)’s PIN – Play Equipment Repairs and Remedial Works is valued at £100k over 24 months. The proposed contract covers servicing, inspections, emergency make-safe works, planned and reactive repairs, component replacements, safety surfacing, fencing, gates, seating and signage across housing estates in several English regions. This is an initial market enquiry, with a formal tender dependent on demonstrated supplier capability.

Installing infrastructure for new homes, Advance Northumberland Ltd’s Coulson Park – Roads & Sewers – Ascent Homes (Sub – Contract) will run for six months, with its value undisclosed. The North East subcontract covers roads and sewer works supporting a 57-home development at Coulson Park in Ashington, Northumberland. Tender evaluation is scheduled for the week commencing 12 October 2026, followed by notification during the week commencing 2 November.
