Re-Roofing Services 2026/2029 has been awarded by Melville Housing Association Ltd. to G.M.G. (Contractors) under a £1.3m, 36-month contract. The programme will replace 87 pitched roofs across the Midlothian area, supporting planned investment in the association’s housing stock.

Bilton Estate – MEPH Consultant has been awarded by Clarion Housing Property Development Services Ltd. to Couch Perry & Wilkes under a £48k, 12-month contract in Rugby. The consultant will provide mechanical, electrical, public health and related services for the Bilton Estate scheme through RIBA Stages 1–3.

Bilton Estate – Structural and Civil Engineer has been awarded by Clarion Housing Property Development Services Ltd. to Adept Consulting Engineers under a £37k, 12-month contract in Rugby. The appointment will provide structural and civil engineering support for the Bilton Estate development through RIBA Stages 1–3.

Bilton Estate – Highways Design and Planning has been awarded by Clarion Housing Property Development Services Ltd. to Adept Consulting Engineers under a £29k, 12-month contract in Rugby. The appointment will support highways design and planning requirements for the Bilton Estate scheme through RIBA Stages 1–3.
