Appointment of Measured Term Maintenance Contractor has been awarded by Rural Housing Association Ltd. to Nicor Construction under a £5.8m, 3-year contract covering responsive repairs, voids, aids and adaptations, compliance and planned maintenance works across Northern Ireland. The contractor will also provide 24/7 emergency response services for housing stock managed by the association.

Emergency Adaptions Works for Vulnerable Residents – Batch 4 Ibrahim has been awarded by Haringey London Borough to D C K Construction under a £99k, 25-month contract. The appointment will deliver emergency adaptation works to support vulnerable residents within the borough.

Emergency Adaptions Works for Vulnerable Residents – Batch 3 Ibrahim has been awarded by Haringey London Borough to D C K Construction under a £78k, 24-month contract for emergency adaptation works supporting residents requiring specialist housing improvements.

Bathroom Adaptation and Other Specialist Items (Call-off) has been awarded by Haringey London Borough to DCK Construction under a £61k, 24-month contract. The call-off covers bathroom adaptations and specialist items to improve accessibility within residents’ homes.

Emergency Adaptation Works – Batch 21 M Zohaib has been awarded by Haringey London Borough to DCK Construction under a £45k, 25-month contract delivering emergency adaptations for vulnerable residents.

Emergency Adaption Works – Batch 22 M Zohaib has been awarded by Haringey London Borough to DCK Construction under a £45k, 25-month contract supporting emergency adaptation requirements for vulnerable residents.

Passive Fire and Compartmentalisation Contract 2026 – 2028 (Ext.2030) (Call-off) has been awarded by Together Housing Group to Ashley & McDonough under a £7.4m, 4-year framework call-off. The contract will deliver passive fire protection works including fire door replacement, repairs, compartmentation remediation, certification and compliance activities across Together Housing’s stock.

Active Fire Sprinkler Design, Supply and Installation Contract 2026 – 2029 (Ext 2031) (Call-off) has been awarded by Together Housing Group to GTM Fire Protection under a £6m, 3-year framework call-off. The contract covers the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new and retrofit fire sprinkler systems across housing properties.

Warden Call Systems – Supply & Install (Call-off) has been awarded by Yorkshire Housing Limited to ABCA Systems under a £570k contract. The appointment will provide supply and installation of warden call systems across 10 sites in the North West and Yorkshire and the Humber through the EEM Framework.

Composite Fire Door Replacement has been awarded by North Yorkshire Council to Kingfisher UPVC Windows & Doors under a £200k, 22-month contract. The works include the supply and installation of fully compliant FD30 fire doors and screens across council properties.

Air Conditioning, Air Handling Units, Kitchen Extracts, Smoke & Fire Dampers Services. has been awarded by Hafod Housing Association Ltd. to Vector Compliance under a £123k, 12-month contract. The service will cover inspection, maintenance and compliance support for air conditioning systems, air handling units, kitchen extracts, smoke and fire dampers across Hafod properties.

Penrith Road – M&E Works (Call-off) has been awarded by Thirteen Group to Vickers Construction under a £36k, 2-month contract covering mechanical and electrical works through the Thirteen DPS.

Damp & Mould Survey & Management – EDC/2026/4403 has been awarded by East Dunbartonshire Council to Procast Building Contractors under a £117k, 34-month contract. The appointment will provide damp and mould survey and management services across the council’s geographical area.

Development of New Build Council Housing at Former Gungrog School has been awarded by Powys County Council to S. J. Roberts Construction under a £3.2m, 13-month contract. The project will deliver 16 new council homes comprising bungalows designed to meet Welsh Development Quality Requirements, Secured by Design Gold and EPC A standards.

New Build Properties – Task 11 – Meredith Road – CWC23084 – Lot 1 (Call-off) has been awarded by Wolverhampton City Council to J Harper & Sons under a £676k, 9-month contract. The project will deliver two new build properties at Meredith Road, Wolverhampton, through the Wolverhampton Housing Development Framework.

Procurement of Phase 1 Cladding and Remedial Works – Chloe Court and Thalia Court has been awarded by Wandle Housing Association Ltd. to Architectural Decorators under a £1.8m, 12-month contract. The works will deliver cladding remediation improvements at Chloe Court and Thalia Court residential buildings in Peckham.

BISF Pilot Scheme 10 Alanbrooke Crescent has been awarded by Swindon Borough Council to Joyner PA under a £135k, 3-month contract. The pilot programme includes external wall insulation, new windows and doors, and roofing improvements at a BISF property in Swindon.
