Expanding its regional maintenance capacity, emh group’s PIN – Reactive and Planned Maintenance Services is valued at £666.67m over 72 months. The single East Midlands contract will support emh’s internal team across approximately 22,000 homes, potentially extending to 1,700 rural properties. Works include responsive repairs, voids, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, fire safety, windows, doors, decorations, lifts, security systems and office maintenance.

Delivering an extensive kitchen programme, Kingdom Housing Association Ltd.’s Kitchen Replacement Contract 2026–2027 will run for six months, with its value undisclosed. The Scottish contract covers the replacement of 184 kitchens and associated works across properties within Kingdom’s housing portfolio.

Renewing bathrooms across occupied homes, Kingdom Housing Association Ltd.’s Bathroom Replacement Contract 2026–2027 will run for six months, with its value undisclosed. The works comprise the replacement of 273 bathrooms and associated improvements across the housing association’s stock in Scotland.

Restoring defective drainage infrastructure, Vale of Glamorgan Council’s Drainage Re-Lining and Restoration Works 2026 has an undisclosed value and tenure. The Welsh project covers the relining of defective surface-water drainage systems at various locations throughout the Vale of Glamorgan.

Maintaining essential access and safety equipment, Darlington Borough Council’s PIN – Maintenance, Repairs and 24 Hour Call Out for Door Entry Systems, Automatic and General Doors, Cloud Based Access Control and Lifeline Equipment is valued at £1.24m over 36 months. Three North East lots cover scheme doors and lifeline equipment, corporate-building doors and access systems, and housing-block doors and access controls.

Shaping a future security programme, Stonewater Ltd’s PIN – Security Services – Questionnaire is valued at £167k over 24 months. The preliminary market engagement seeks supplier feedback to inform a comprehensive security service covering Stonewater properties across Yorkshire and the Humber, the Midlands, East Anglia, Greater London, the South East and South West.

Tackling damp, mould and timber deterioration, Dundee City Council’s ITT for Survey and Treatment for Timber Preservation Framework is valued at £5.2m over 24 months. The three-lot Scottish framework covers surface treatments, invasive investigations and specialist fogging across domestic properties, including dry and wet rot, woodworm, damp proofing, fungal decay, waterproofing, mould remediation and associated repairs.

Reinstating a fire-damaged council home, Ashfield District Council’s Arthur Green Avenue (Fire Damaged Property) contract is valued at £60k over three months. The East Midlands project covers full strip-out, repairs, mechanical and electrical works, finishes, testing and refurbishment of a three-bedroom dwelling, returning it to a safe, compliant and lettable condition.

Improving six homes in Bo’ness, Falkirk Council’s Internal Wall Insulation and Associated Works Newtown Boness is valued at £200k over five months. The Scottish programme includes internal and cavity-wall insulation, underfloor insulation, reroofing, stone repairs and steam cleaning across approximately six domestic properties.

Protecting roofs and rainwater systems, Trafalgar Housing Association Ltd.’s Gutter Cleaning & Roof Anchor Testing contract is valued at £60k over an initial 36 months. Services across the association’s Scottish properties include periodic gutter cleaning, roof inspections, anchor testing and minor repairs, with two optional 12-month extensions providing a maximum 60-month term.

Assessing energy performance across commercial assets, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing’s Non-Domestic EPCs contract is valued at £25k over an initial 24 months. The North West service covers Energy Performance Certificates for shops, community centres, offices, stores and other non-domestic properties, with two optional 12-month extensions available.

Providing flexible professional support, Cairn Housing Association Ltd.’s Ad-Hoc Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying Services Framework will initially run for 36 months, with its value undisclosed. Up to three practices may be appointed to each of five geographical lots across Scotland, delivering Employer’s Agent and quantity surveying services for Cairn’s property-services team. Two optional 12-month extensions are available.
