Expanding its repairs supply chain, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing’s Provision of Repairs Services Tender is valued at £26.83m over 60 months. Twenty-two lots cover responsive repairs, empty-home refurbishment, electrical compliance, windows, doors, plumbing, joinery, roofing, drainage, gas, security systems, kitchens, bathrooms, adaptations, damp and mould treatments, external works, graffiti removal and other specialist services across its North West housing stock.

Preparing a future voids programme, Leicester City Council’s PIN – Void Property Repair, Refurbishment & Associated Works – PAN3422 is valued at £17.25m over 24 months. The East Midlands UK1 pipeline notice forecasts a potential procurement for repairs and refurbishment to empty council homes but is not currently a call for competition and requires no supplier response.

Renewing external components across an estate, Newcastle City Council’s PIN – Newbiggin Hall Phase 2 Window and Door Replacement is valued at £2.75m over 24 months. The North East programme will replace windows and doors at 324 properties, comprising 171 homes in East Thorpe during 2027/28 and 153 homes in West Thorpe during 2028/29.

Improving the thermal performance of council homes, Swansea City and County’s Execution for Renewal of UPVC Windows & Doors at Sketty Park Phase 3 is valued at £170k over 12 months. The Welsh project covers window and door upgrades at 48 properties across Heather Crescent, Jasmine Close, Laburnam Place, Parkway, Whitethorn Place and Oakridge, supporting Welsh Housing Quality Standard compliance.

Keeping drainage systems operational, East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Term Service Contract for Drain Clearing and Associated Works is valued at £990k over 36 months. The contract covers drain and gully clearing, jetting, toilet unblocking, surveys and consequential repairs across approximately 12,000 council-owned homes, including a round-the-clock emergency call-out service throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Detecting concealed water ingress, Metropolitan Housing Trust (t/a MTVH)’s Leak Detection Services – 2026-2027-007 is valued at £267k over 24 months. The contractor will undertake non-destructive investigations using thermal imaging, acoustic detection and tracing technologies across residential properties, communal areas, estates and commercial buildings in the Midlands, East Anglia, Greater London and the South East.

Protecting survivors within their homes, Worcestershire County Council’s Target Hardening (Sanctuary Scheme) is valued at £800k over 24 months. Commissioned with Worcestershire’s six district councils, the West Midlands service will deliver security improvements and associated support that enable households at risk of domestic abuse to remain safely within their existing accommodation.

Maintaining safe vertical transport, City of London’s HRA – Maintenance of Lifts and Platform Lifts is valued at £600k over a maximum 60 months, beginning with an initial 36-month term. The Greater London contract covers statutory servicing, planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, breakdown attendance and passenger-entrapment response across the City’s housing lift portfolio, including in-hours and out-of-hours services.

Supporting renewable-energy assets, West Sussex County Council’s PIN – Project Rooftop Solar PV O&M Framework 2026 will run for 48 months, with its value undisclosed. The South East multi-supplier framework will cover inspections, reactive call-outs and planned repair and maintenance services for rooftop solar photovoltaic systems, including domestic installations.

Planning major infrastructure investment, Haringey London Borough’s PIN – Highways and Street Lighting Contract – Questionnaire is valued at £130m over a maximum 96 months, beginning with an initial 48-month term. The Greater London contract will cover planned and reactive highways and lighting maintenance, traffic management, cycling, bus-priority, drainage, parking, signals and public-realm works, including housing and parks land where appropriate. A virtual market engagement event is scheduled for 10 September 2026.

Transforming communal spaces for children, Sutton Housing Partnership’s Provision of Playgrounds on Communal Estates is valued at £350k over eight months. A specialist contractor will design, supply and install inclusive play areas at Homedale House, Glenrose House, Shanklin Estate and Collingwood Estate in Greater London, with at least 20% of equipment adapted for disabled children. A site visit is scheduled for 8 September 2026.

Replacing roofs across low-rise blocks, Newcastle City Council’s PIN – Low Rise Roofing Works is valued at £6.6m over 36 months. The forthcoming North East procurement will cover reroofing works to low-rise residential blocks across Newcastle, with the tender expected to be published within the next few months.

Providing nationwide professional expertise, PfH – Procurement for Housing’s Technical Support Services 2026 framework is valued at £260m over 48 months. The UK-wide framework will provide social housing organisations with project and cost management, mechanical and electrical engineering, architectural services, CDM support, net-zero advice and other construction-related consultancy services through multiple lots.

Strengthening fire-safety assurance, Clarion Housing Group’s Fire Risk Assessments Services contract is valued at £15.83m over 60 months. Three geographical lots cover fire risk assessment services across Clarion properties in the North West, Midlands, East Anglia, Greater London, the South East and South West, divided between the North and East, North London, and South and South London regions.
