The proposed framework across Yorkshire and the Humber, the Midlands, East Anglia and the South East covers kitchens, bathrooms, adaptations, electrical works, insulation, estate improvements, decarbonisation, repairs, voids, structural works, decorating, retrofit services and fire safety.

Supporting independent living, Haringey London Borough’s Adaptation – Felix Batch 52 is valued at £88k over 24 months. The Greater London contract covers bathroom adaptations and the installation of specialist items within residential properties.

Strengthening fire-door compliance, Luton Borough Council’s PIN – Fire Door Replacement and Maintenance Framework – AT1360 is valued at £8m over 96 months. The multi-supplier open framework will cover inspections, maintenance, repairs and replacements across housing and corporate properties in Luton, supporting planned, cyclical and reactive programmes. A Meet the Buyer event is scheduled for 15 September 2026.

Enabling safer electrical maintenance, Bristol City Council’s Consumer Electrical Isolation Switches contract is valued at £4.4m over 36 months. The South West programme covers the installation of isolation devices in individual homes and communal electrical supplies, together with photographic evidence, labelling and test results. Consumer-unit replacements and alterations to network-owned equipment are excluded.

Maintaining essential passive fire protection, Vale of Glamorgan Council’s Framework for the Maintenance of Fire Doors is valued at £2.5m over 36 months. One contractor will install, inspect, service, maintain and repair fire doors across domestic properties throughout the Vale of Glamorgan, ensuring compliance with current fire-door and fire-stopping requirements.

Modernising resident safety systems, Codi Group (formerly Pobl Group)’s Digital Switchover Project is valued at £2m over 36 months. Up to two suppliers will deliver digital alarm, telecare and warden-call solutions across affected Welsh housing schemes, maintaining service continuity while providing reliable, future-ready systems for residents and operational teams.

Supporting future roofing programmes, Citizen’s PIN – Solar PV Removal and Reinstallation Services will initially run for 12 months, with its value undisclosed. Citizen is seeking contractors capable of temporarily removing and subsequently reinstalling solar photovoltaic systems during roof repairs and replacements across homes in the West Midlands and South West.

Delivering new homes in Derry, Apex Housing Group’s Competitive Land, Design and Build Competition for Westbank Derry – APX056 is valued at an indicative £41.67m over 24 months. Developers will provide land and design and construct mixed social and affordable housing schemes containing at least ten homes, with a range of property types and approximately 10% wheelchair-accessible accommodation.

Creating affordable apartments in Bristol, Brighter Places’ Design and Construction of Apartments at 414 Speedwell Road is valued at £2.5m over 30 months. The design-and-build contract will deliver 13 apartments, with seven local SMEs experienced in affordable housing construction expected to be invited to tender.

Expanding a nationwide housing-delivery programme, Local Partnerships’ PIN – Prisoners Building Homes – Professional, Technical and Programme Delivery Support Services is listed at £5m over an initial 12 months. The proposed integrated service covers site assessment, planning, design, programme management, procurement, commercial advice and construction support. The notice separately indicates potential expenditure of up to £6m over a maximum 48 months. A preliminary market engagement event is scheduled for 29 September 2026.

Providing development consultancy support, Triangle Housing Association Ltd.’s Provision of Employer’s Agent Service for Land Design and Build Competition 2026 has an undisclosed value and tenure. The closed opportunity sought qualified architects, surveyors or planning consultants to provide Employer’s Agent services for a housing development competition in Ballyclare, Northern Ireland.
