Works across residential properties in Scotland include insulation, render, windows, doors, roofing, ventilation, solar PV, air-source heat pumps and associated enabling works.

Planning extensive kitchen investment, North Lanarkshire Council’s PIN – Housing Kitchen Replacement Programme – Questionnaire is valued at approximately £65m and listed with a 36-month tenure. The preliminary market engagement seeks contractor feedback on capacity, supply-chain capability, mobilisation, innovation and procurement options for supplying and installing replacement kitchens in occupied council homes across Scotland.

Shaping a long-term maintenance partnership, Harbour Homes’ PIN – Repairs, Maintenance, Voids & Associated Services Term Contract 2027–2037 is valued at £58.25m over 120 months. The proposed contract across Edinburgh and the Lothians covers multi-trade repairs, voids, gas, electrical testing, fire detection, adaptations, painting, refurbishment, cleaning, waste, damp and mould, out-of-hours services, call handling and EPCs.

Renewing essential housing components, Grwp Cynefin’s Windows & Doors Programme 2026–2027 is valued at £250k over five months. The Welsh procurement covers the replacement of windows and doors across the housing association’s stock, with tender submissions due through Grwp Cynefin’s procurement platform.

Establishing a specialist replacement framework, Lochfield Park Housing Association Ltd.’s Window & Door Replacements Framework 2027 will initially run for 12 months, with its value undisclosed. Contractors will install UPVC windows, glazing, internal doors, composite external doors and fire-rated doors across occupied homes in Easterhouse, Glasgow, with annual extensions available to a maximum 48-month term.

Refreshing homes across central Scotland, Link Group Ltd.’s Curb Redecoration Programme 2026–2027 will run for four months, with its value undisclosed. The contract covers internal and external redecoration across housing stock in Falkirk, Larbert, Tillicoultry, Stirling, Edinburgh, Bishopbriggs and Airdrie, together with preparatory joinery and plaster repairs.

Connecting suppliers with regional buyers, Scottish Borders Council’s PIN – Meet the Buyer South 2026 is a free supplier-engagement event, held in Haddington on 7 October 2026, the event will allow businesses to meet procurement teams and explore forthcoming public and private-sector opportunities across south-east Scotland.

Safeguarding reliable lift operations, West Whitlawburn Housing Co-op Ltd.’s Passenger Lift Maintenance, Servicing and Renewal 2026–2029 is valued at £600k over an initial 36 months. The contract covers preventative maintenance, statutory compliance, repairs, renewals and round-the-clock emergency and entrapment response across the Co-operative’s Scottish lift portfolio, with two optional 12-month extensions.

Modernising campus security infrastructure, Queen Margaret University’s Access Control System Replacement is valued at £400k over four months. The design-and-build contract covers replacement of the existing electronic access-control system across approximately 160 doors at its Musselburgh campus, including academic buildings, sports facilities and student residences, with integration, migration, testing, training and maintenance included.

Supporting accessible independent living, Durham County Council’s Contract for the Supply, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Door Entry Systems – 003043 is valued at £150k over 48 months. The North East contract covers audio, video, door-opening and door-release systems for residential properties occupied by Adult and Health Services users whose needs have been assessed by an occupational therapist.

Improving ventilation within two Welsh homes, Swansea City and County’s Contract for Supply, Install and Commission an MVHR System including all Associated Electrical Works to 2Nr Properties as Part of a Transforming Homes Scheme is valued at £27k over four months. The works cover mechanical ventilation with heat recovery systems and associated electrical installations at two properties in Townhill.

Strengthening responses to housing hazards, Scottish Borders Housing Association’s Provision of Damp and Mould Surveying is valued at £208k over 36 months. A specialist contractor will undertake evidence-based investigations across the association’s Scottish housing stock where initial inspections cannot establish the cause of damp, mould or condensation, supporting compliance with new repair regulations.

Creating new homes in rural Devon, Teign Housing’s Affordable Housing Development TH/YAR/2026/1 is valued at £1.5m over 12 months. The South West procurement seeks an experienced contractor to construct a new affordable housing development at Yarcombe.

Managing asbestos compliance across a mixed estate, Hillingdon London Borough’s Asbestos Management, Surveys, Sampling and Technical Support contract is valued at £700k over an initial 36 months. Services across housing, sheltered housing and corporate properties include management and refurbishment surveys, re-inspections, sampling, air monitoring, four-stage clearances, remediation specifications, labelling and emergency assistance, with two optional two-year extensions.

Transforming communal spaces for children, Sutton Housing Partnership’s Provision of Playgrounds on Communal Estates will run for ten months, with its value undisclosed. A specialist contractor will design and build inclusive play areas at four Greater London housing estates, with at least 20% of equipment adapted for children with disabilities. A site visit is scheduled for 8 September 2026.

Providing technical support for new developments, Waverley Borough Council’s Provision of MEP and Energy Consultant Services (4 Sites) will run for an initial 24 months, with its value undisclosed. The South East consultancy contract covers mechanical, electrical and energy advice, design reviews and technical guidance before planning and during engagement with appointed build contractors, with a further 12-month extension available.
