Strengthening its regional maintenance supply chain, The Highland Council’s Inner Moray Firth Housing & Property Maintenance Framework – 2026 is valued at £64.7m over 36 months. The multi-lot framework covers general building, specialist cleaning, plumbing, heating, ventilation, joinery, electrical works, painting, roofing, guttering, groundworks, drainage, fencing and multi-trade services across housing and other council properties.

Renewing essential water infrastructure, Aberdeen City Council’s Replacement Cold Water Storage Tanks 2026–2027 will run for six months, with its value undisclosed. The works include supplying, installing, testing and commissioning replacement tanks and pipework, together with controls, electrical supplies, supports, insulation, metal cladding, cleaning and sterilisation.

Modernising residential lift systems, Aberdeen City Council’s Lift Replacement 2027 will run for 12 months, with its value undisclosed. The contract covers upgrades to existing lift installations at three multi-storey and two low-rise residential blocks: Castleton Court, Hilton Court, Stewart Park Court, Berrymoss Court and Parkhill Court.

Creating new energy-efficient council homes, Lancaster City Council’s Hastings Road Development is valued at £850k over nine months. The project covers demolition of an existing garage site, site preparation and construction of two cottage-style apartments and two terraced houses using Etopia modern methods of construction panels.

Improving the roofs of 134 council homes, Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s Repairs & Maintenance Services (RMS) – Roofing and Associated Works 2027–2028 – CRN/2026/290 is valued at £2.2m over 11 months. The programme covers enabling and chimney works, reroofing, fire stopping, loft insulation, rainwater goods and scaffolding across Stoke-on-Trent, with the council’s RMS acting as principal contractor.
