Strengthening electrical compliance, Industrial Dwellings Society Ltd. (IDS)’s EICR – Testing and Remedials is valued at £625k over 36 months. The contract covers cyclical EICRs and associated remedial works across IDS housing stock in nine London boroughs. It replaces a previous procurement cancelled on 17 August 2026 after a material defect was identified in the tender documentation.

Enabling safe electrical isolation, Bristol City Council’s Consumer Electrical Isolation Switches contract will run for nine months, with its value undisclosed. The South West procurement covers the provision of consumer electrical isolation switches.

Creating a major route for public-sector construction, Scape Group’s Construction Works and Services Framework is valued at £8bn over 48 months. Five lots cover general construction, residential development, decarbonisation, retrofit, repairs and maintenance across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, with three suppliers appointed to each lot. The notice separately identifies a maximum framework duration of six years.

Delivering new affordable housing, Stonewater Ltd’s PIN – Deliver 39 Units – Stoke Road, Henlade is valued at £7.08m over 19 months. The South West development will provide 39 flats, bungalows and houses on a 2.49-hectare greenfield site in Somerset, with a mix of affordable tenures and 25% of homes secured through a Section 106 agreement.

Renewing critical external components, VIVID’s Planned Roofing, Balconies / Walkways Replacement is valued at £56m and listed with a 48-month tenure. Two contractors will deliver roofing, roofline, insulation, structural, balcony and walkway works across northern and southern geographical lots in the South East. The description separately states an initial five-year term with two optional 12-month extensions.

Improving occupied homes in Wales, Adra’s Externals – Re-Roofing, EWI & Associated External Refurbishment Works – AM415 has an undisclosed value and tenure. The contract covers reroofing, external-wall insulation and associated refurbishment works across 19 occupied residential properties.

Building a reliable estate-services baseline, Midland Heart’s PIN – Communal Spaces Site Surveys is valued at £50k over 12 months. The contractor will survey approximately 100 sites across the East and West Midlands, recording grounds-maintenance assets, communal cleaning areas, windows, access requirements, defects and measurements to support future specifications, budgets and procurement exercises.
