Supporting Newcastle’s in-house repairs service, Newcastle City Council’s PIN – Adaptation of Properties – Bathroom and Minor Aids is valued at £4m over 18 months. The proposed two-lot framework covers DDA bathroom refurbishments and minor aids such as external handrails, grab rails, access steps, drop-down rails, replacement taps and toilet seats.

Maintaining essential access equipment, L&Q Group’s PIN – Mobility Lifts Servicing & Maintenance – Questionnaire is valued at £9.55m over 36 months. The future multi-lot procurement covers inspections, servicing, repairs and maintenance for domestic mobility equipment and communal passenger lifts across L&Q properties in London, the South East, East Anglia, the West Midlands and the North West.

Upgrading housing communication and security systems, Southwark Council’s Door Entry and Warden Call and Refurbishment Works is valued at £6m over 36 months. The contract will cover door-entry and warden-call systems together with associated refurbishment works across the Council’s property portfolio.

Improving electrical safety in occupied homes, Leeds City Council’s PIN – Isolated Re-Wires – Leeds Building Services is valued at £3.6m over 24 months. The planned works may include full or partial electrical rewiring within occupied domestic properties across Leeds.

Keeping operational machinery in service, Gentoo Group Ltd.’s PIN – Grounds Maintenance Equipment – Repairs and Maintenance – Questionnaire is valued at £100k over 24 months. The proposed North East contract covers planned servicing, inspections, routine maintenance, breakdown support and repairs for Gentoo’s fleet of horticultural and specialist grounds-maintenance equipment.

Maintaining healthy ventilation in council homes, Fife Council’s Servicing Heat Recovery (MVHR) Units framework will initially run for 23 months, with its value undisclosed. The requirement covers servicing and reactive support for heat-recovery units installed in new-build and existing housing throughout Fife, with an extension of up to 24 months available.

Preparing a future fire-compliance framework, Home Group Scotland (formerly Home in Scotland)’s PIN – Preliminary Market Engagement – Request for Information – Active Fire Safety Services seeks contractors to repair and maintain active fire-safety systems across housing stock and care schemes. The value and tenure have not yet been disclosed, with a full framework procurement expected during 2027.

Responding to increased fencing demand, Newcastle City Council’s Supply and Fit of Timber Fencing is valued at £8m over 24 months. External contractors will support Repairs & Construction Services with fencing installations across occupied council homes and void properties, including work arising from storm damage.

Supporting the Council’s internal delivery service, Leeds City Council’s PIN – Demolition Services is valued at £4m over 24 months. The future framework will provide demolition services to Leeds Building Services and replace the Council’s existing arrangement.

Expanding a residential property, Aberdeen City Council’s House Extension at 43 Loirston Road, Cove is valued at £180k, with its tenure undisclosed. The works comprise a two-storey extension to a semi-detached house, creating two additional bedrooms, further living space and a new bathroom.

Providing responsive temporary access, Hillingdon London Borough’s PIN – Scaffolding Services will run for 60 months, with its value undisclosed. The contract covers the erection, adaptation, inspection, maintenance and dismantling of scaffolding and associated access structures required for planned and unplanned property works.
