The contract will deliver responsive and planned maintenance across Woven’s housing stock throughout Northern Ireland.

Providing round-the-clock property support, Salford City Council’s Responsive Repairs and Small Works – S1108 is valued at £2.1m over 36 months. A single contractor will deliver 24/7 multi-trade repairs and works packages worth up to £30k across commercial, industrial and residential properties, including electrical, plumbing, adaptations, voids, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, damp and mould, glazing and general building works.

Supporting residents with mobility needs, Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council’s Framework for the Supply, Installation, Maintenance and Relocation of Stairlifts, Vertical / Platform Lifts and Ceiling Hoists is valued at £1.1m over 24 months. Three lots cover surveys, installation, servicing, maintenance, removal, storage and relocation of specialist equipment within homes and selected public buildings.

Connecting suppliers with regional buyers, Scottish Borders Council’s PIN – Meet the Buyer South 2026 concerns a free procurement event in Haddington on 7 October 2026. Organised with East Lothian Council and the Supplier Development Programme, the event will help businesses explore council, public-sector and supply-chain opportunities across South-east Scotland.

Maintaining climate-control equipment, Vico Homes (formerly WDH)’s PIN – Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance is valued at £267k over an initial period of up to 36 months. The proposed single-contractor arrangement will cover Vico’s assets across Yorkshire and the East Midlands, with two optional 12-month extensions potentially extending delivery to December 2031.

Reducing condensation and mould risks, Fife Council’s Servicing Heat Recovery (MVHR) Units framework will initially run for 23 months, with its value undisclosed. The requirement covers annual servicing of MVHR units installed in new-build and existing homes throughout Fife, with two optional 12-month extensions available.

Improving water pressure in high-rise housing, River Clyde Homes’ Cold Water Booster Pump Installations – RCH688 will run for up to 36 months, with its value undisclosed. The contractor will remove existing equipment and install, test and commission new booster-pump sets at four Inverclyde blocks initially, with six additional properties potentially added subject to performance.

Creating a nationwide compliance route, North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO)’s Asbestos Management framework is valued at £125m over 48 months. The 12-lot framework covers asbestos surveying, analytical services and removal works for domestic and non-domestic properties across Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Durham, the Tees Valley and the wider UK.

Expanding social housing in West Belfast, Woven Housing Association Ltd.’s Competitive Land Design and Build Contract is valued at £35m over 36 months. Developers must provide suitable land and design, construct and complete a scheme containing between 100 and 150 social homes in accordance with Department for Communities and housing-association requirements.

Delivering affordable homes on an estate site, Tower Hamlets London Borough’s Brunton Wharf Main Works – HAR6071 is valued at £15.81m excluding VAT over 27 months. The two-stage design-and-build project will create 32 affordable-rent homes in Limehouse, alongside amenity and play spaces, security upgrades and improvements to existing undercroft parking, with Building Safety Act requirements applying.

Regenerating a prominent town-centre site, Department for Communities’ PIN – Irish Street Development Scheme – C000949SNA is valued at £13.23m over 84 months. Working with Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, the procurement will appoint a developer to design, finance, build, own and operate a high-quality, commercially led mixed-use scheme in Downpatrick.

Providing safe temporary access, Beyond Housing Ltd’s Scaffolding and Associated Services Framework is valued at £3.75m over an initial 12 months. Three geographical lots cover scaffolding design, erection, hire and dismantling for planned and reactive works across Redcar and Cleveland, Scarborough, Filey, Whitby and surrounding areas, with two optional 12-month extensions.

Clearing the way for redevelopment, Thurrock Borough Council’s Blackshots Demolition is valued at £2.67m over 14 months. A single contractor will demolish the tower blocks and associated garages at Blackshots in Grays, Essex.

Transforming an existing home, Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council’s Rosary Road Home Refurbishment Works is valued at £250k over five months. The project covers the refurbishment and construction of a single-storey extension at 1 School House, Rosary Road, with a site visit scheduled for 9 September 2026.

Restoring a council-owned property, Burnley Borough Council’s Property Refurbishment to 60 Athol Street North is valued at £55k over approximately four months. The works may include pointing, gutters, external painting, roofing, a kitchen extension, plastering and electrical rewiring under a JCT Minor Works contract.

Addressing structural defects in residential buildings, Riverside’s Crescent Court Structural Repairs to Lintels and Balconies will run for 14 months, with its value undisclosed. The contract covers structural remedial works to lintels and balconies at Crescent Court in the North West.

Coordinating a residential security upgrade, Northern Ireland Housing Executive’s Professional Services in Relation to Gregg St CCTV Scheme – P1295 is valued at £13k over 17 months. The consultant will provide surveys, design, project management and commissioning services for CCTV, door-access controls and fire-exit door replacements serving 30 properties at Gregg Street in Lisburn.
