The proposed framework comprises 12 lots covering electrical, general building, roofing, carpentry, drainage, pest control, clearance, heating and plumbing, external works, decoration, glazing and temporary security, with a supplier engagement event scheduled for 22 September 2026.

Expanding access to specialist compliance solutions, Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM)’s Fire Safety, Fire Doors and Building Remediation Works Framework – EEM0053 is valued at £666.67m over 48 months. The framework covers remediation works, fire-safety consultancy, fire-door supply and fire-door installation through ten geographical and specialist lots, with up to eight contractors appointed to each lot for use by authorised public-sector organisations across England and Wales.

Maintaining diverse building-services assets, The Guinness Partnership’s Mechanical & Electrical, and Plumbing Servicing and Capital Works is valued at £65.55m over an initial 60 months, with two further five-year extensions available. Six regional contracts cover servicing, repairs and installations for air conditioning, ventilation, door entry, automatic doors, barriers, warden call, CCTV, BMS, fall-arrest systems, pumps, boreholes and other domestic and communal M&E and plumbing assets.

Ensuring reliable vertical transport, Beyond Housing Ltd’s PIN – Passenger Lifts and Maintenance is valued at £233k over 24 months. The requirement covers planned servicing, reactive repairs and emergency call-outs for breakdowns and lift entrapments, supported by electronic certification, monthly performance reporting and contract-management meetings.

Protecting residents, staff and public buildings, Ashford Borough Council’s Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance and Repairs is valued at £80k over 36 months. The contract covers installation, servicing, testing and repairs for fire alarms, emergency lighting, lightning protection, automatic opening vents, portable firefighting equipment, sprinklers and smoke-control systems across housing and corporate properties.

Supporting scientific facilities through flexible property services, UK Research & Innovation (UKRI)’s MRC LMB Minor Works contract is valued at £4.5m over 36 months. The appointed contractor will deliver building-fabric repairs, M&E works, hard landscaping, small refurbishments and minor installations across laboratory, office and domestic environments at the Medical Research Council Laboratory of Molecular Biology in Cambridge.

Accelerating large-scale housing delivery, Tower Hamlets London Borough’s Mayor’s Accelerated Housing Programme Batch 1 – HAR6192 is valued at £132m over 36 months. The two-lot procurement covers nine council-owned sites, including three smaller schemes delivering 35 affordable homes and six larger developments providing a mixture of affordable and market-sale housing.
