Fire Remedial Works 1 Year Call-off sees mhs homes group appoint Sureserve Compliance Fire under a £1.95m, 12-month contract to deliver fire remedial works across its housing portfolio, supporting ongoing building safety compliance and fire protection programmes.

CCTV Installation Works Braintree District Council Call-off has been awarded by Castle Point Borough Council to Eurovia Infrastructure under a £979k, 6-month contract to supply and install CCTV equipment across the borough, enhancing public safety and surveillance infrastructure.

Supply of Solar Panel Systems and Associated Materials HM/R042 highlights Hillcrest Homes appointing Edmundson Electrical under a £284k, 6-month contract to supply solar PV systems, battery storage, mounting systems and associated electrical components. The procurement supports in-house retrofit delivery across residential housing stock.

Meanwhile, Incommunities Ltd. has awarded two significant contracts. Installation, Refurbishment and Upgrading of Passenger Lifts at Farish House goes to Morris Vermaport under a £263k, 18-month Fusion21 framework call-off to modernise passenger lift infrastructure. Provision of Residential, Regeneration and Development Works of Bradford City Village has been awarded to ECF General Partner under a £26.36m, 2-year agreement to deliver residential-led regeneration and development works in Bradford City Village.

Revised Proposal for the Residential Development of Former Davislea Care Home Site Davislea Call-off sees Linthouse Housing Association Ltd. appoint A.S. Homes Scotland under a £8.48m, 2-year Scotland Excel framework call-off to construct 36 new homes, including full building works, mechanical and electrical installations, external works and contractor-designed elements.

Provision of Scaffolding has been awarded by Caerphilly County Borough Council to Pinnacle Access Services under a £2.13m, 24-month contract covering the erection and dismantling of scaffolding across council housing and public buildings within the Upper Rhymney Valley operational area.

Supply and Installation of Flooring Social Housing highlights Broadacres Housing Association Ltd. appointing Bedale Flooring under a £150k, 24-month contract to supply and install flooring in void properties and selected occupied homes, supporting the association’s empty homes programme and tenancy turnaround process.

Across three separate improvement schemes, Housing 21 has appointed Landscape Engineering under a £70k, 2-month contract for Concrete Paving of Footpaths at Pardoe Court, C.L.C. Contractors under a £46k, 1-month contract to deliver a Scooter Store at Howard Court, and M & J Group Construction & Roofing under a £37k, 2-month contract to renew balcony and access deck asphalt and cement tile coverings at Goodman Court.

Garage Block Flats 1-12 Gablehurst Upton Roofline Renewal CAS-01336-R8D9H has been awarded by Aster Group to SPR Roofing Contractors under a £73k, 2-month contract to refurbish garage roofs, replace roof coverings, fascia and guttering, coordinate asbestos removal, provide scaffolding and complete associated roofline renewal works.

Sustainable Warmth Shropshire Retrofit Coordination and Design Services PAS2035 sees Shropshire Council appoint Bailey Garner under a £240k, 2-year contract to provide PAS2035 retrofit coordination and design services. The consultancy will develop improvement options, medium-term improvement plans and compliant retrofit designs supporting the Warm Homes Local Grant programme.

Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services and Employers Agent at Buchan-Burns Road and Aldersyde Avenue has been awarded by South Ayrshire Council to TCS Construction Consultants under a £100k, 6-month contract to deliver quantity surveying and employer’s agent services for residential development schemes in Troon.

Consultancy to Develop WLC Guidance and Deliver Pilot Whole Life-cycle Carbon Assessments WLCAs highlights City of London appointing Elliott Wood Partnership under a £73k, 8-month consultancy contract to develop a Whole Life Carbon Assessment framework supporting the authority’s Sustainability Design Standard and future low-carbon development strategy.
