Opening in Scotland, <\/span>Craigdale Housing Association<\/b> has launched a Flat Entrance Door Installation Works contract to replace 140 flat entrance doors across common stair landings. Running for two months, the project will deliver improved fire integrity, access control, and energy efficiency for tenants across its housing stock.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the South East, <\/span>Lewes and Eastbourne Councils<\/b> have announced two key housing maintenance programmes. The first, a \u00a31.15m Drainage Works contract spanning 54 months, will ensure the safe operation of underground networks and protect over 6,700 homes from water damage.
