A single contractor will deliver retrofit and void works at properties in Wolfscastle and Haverfordwest, with site visits available by request during the tender period.<\/p>\n

The selected partner will help shape and deliver a residential-led mixed-use regeneration of the 35-acre Shrub Hill Quarter, connecting Worcester Shrub Hill station with the city centre and bringing forward the Council-owned first phase.<\/p>\n
