The direct award, managed through Prosper Procurement, will deliver roofing and decarbonisation works across Thirteen\u2019s housing stock between 2026 and 2028.<\/p>\n

Supply, Installation, & Maintenance of Stairlifts has been awarded by Wales & West Housing Association Ltd.<\/strong> to Cantre Mobility, Norse Group Services and Stannah Lift Services under a \u00a3920k, 2-year contract in Wales. The DPS awards cover specialist electrical services, smoke detection, door entry systems, solar PV, ventilation and responsive roofing works, with individual contract periods and extension options.<\/p>\n

Roofing Replacement and Associated Works has been awarded by Alliance Norse<\/strong> to Liam Bacon under a \u00a31.19m, 1-year contract in High Peak. The programme will deliver phased roof covering replacements across residential properties in the High Peak Borough Council area, including chimney repairs, flat roofing and associated scaffolding.<\/p>\n
