The Yorkshire and the Humber requirement covers capital bathroom replacements and ad-hoc works following disrepair cases or complaints, divided into two geographical lots.<\/p>\n<p>Returning vacant homes to use, <strong>Dover District Council<\/strong>\u2019s Void Works &#8211; Major Projects is valued at \u00a3160k over three months. The South East project covers replacement windows and doors at Sunny Corner, with optional site visits available throughout the tender period and evaluation based on 80% price and 20% quality.<\/p>\n<p>Modernising kitchens in occupied homes, <strong>Cairn Housing Association Ltd.<\/strong>\u2019s Caithness Kitchens 2026 &#8211; 2028 will run for eight months, with its value undisclosed. The Scottish programme covers 96 kitchen replacements across Thurso and Wick, comprising 51 installations during 2026\u201327 and 45 during 2027\u201328.<\/p>\n<p>Improving bathroom standards, <strong>Cairn Housing Association Ltd.<\/strong>\u2019s Caithness Bathrooms 2026 will run for four months, with its value undisclosed. Tenders will be evaluated on 70% price and 30% quality.<\/p>\n<p>Creating access to specialist trades, <strong>Ayrshire Housing<\/strong>\u2019s Small Works Framework will run for 48 months, with its value undisclosed. Seven Scottish lots cover windows and doors, roofing and rendering, drainage, grounds maintenance and fencing, medical adaptations, damp and mould and multi-trade works. Requirements will include ad-hoc repairs, void works, wet rooms, ventilation, door-entry systems, play-area repairs and other minor property improvements.<\/p>\n<p>Scaling up fire remediation capacity, <strong>Southern Housing<\/strong>\u2019s Fire Remedial Frameworks is valued at \u00a3200m excluding VAT, equivalent to \u00a3240m including VAT, over 48 months. Two frameworks cover low-value projects suited to SMEs and higher-value schemes for larger suppliers across five English regions. Four contractors are expected per lot, with an option to appoint five, and awards will be based on 60% quality and 40% price.<\/p>\n<p>Strengthening fire-systems compliance, <strong>North Yorkshire Council<\/strong>\u2019s PIN &#8211; Fire Safety and Alarm Monitoring &#8211; Questionnaire is valued at \u00a3175k over 24 months. The proposed Yorkshire and the Humber contract will provide comprehensive maintenance and call-out services for fire equipment, alarms and emergency lighting across housing sites, mainly in Harrogate, Selby and Richmondshire, together with alarm monitoring, keyholding and emergency attendance.<\/p>\n<p>Unlocking a heritage-led housing site, <strong>Northumberland County Council<\/strong>\u2019s Hexham Middle School &#8211; Development Partner &#8211; NCC1542 is valued at \u00a350m over 60 months. The North East partner will deliver a mixed residential development incorporating affordable housing and extra-care accommodation, refurbishment of listed heritage buildings, demolition of non-listed structures, a community garden and ongoing site management.<\/p>\n<p>Expanding social housing supply in Omagh, <strong>Choice<\/strong>\u2019s Omagh Area Land, Design and Build &#8211; PRN26119 is valued at \u00a37.1m over 18 months. Developers will provide land and design and construct Northern Ireland social housing schemes of up to 40 homes each. Multiple contracts may be awarded, meaning total delivery could exceed 40 homes, subject to funding and accommodation-mix approval.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing forward new homes in Lurgan, <strong>Choice<\/strong>\u2019s Lurgan Area Land Design and Build is valued at \u00a36.5m over 18 months. The Northern Ireland competition seeks developers able to supply land and deliver social housing schemes of up to 35 homes each in accordance with statutory and <strong>Choice<\/strong> design requirements. Multiple awards may be made, subject to funding and housing-need approval.<\/p>\n<p>Preparing an 11-home development, <strong>Thurrock Borough Council<\/strong>\u2019s PIN &#8211; Anton Road (North &amp; South) &#8211; Principal Contractor for the Development of 11 New Build Units is valued at \u00a33.61m over 24 months.
