Trades include joinery, general building, gas, plumbing, electrical, solar PV, air source heat pumps, drainage, damp proofing, windows and doors, groundworks, decorating and flooring.<\/p>\n

Supporting public-sector decorating programmes, YPO (Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation)<\/strong>\u2019s Decorating Supplies and Works framework is valued at \u00a320m over 48 months. Three UK-wide lots cover paint, coatings and decorating materials; tenant paint packs and voucher schemes; and internal and external decorating services. Works may include planned, cyclical, responsive, void and project-based decoration across residential, commercial, educational, healthcare and community properties.<\/p>\n

Planning its next cyclical decorations programme, North Yorkshire Council<\/strong>\u2019s PIN – Cyclical Painting and Pre-Painting Programme Works – Questionnaire is valued at \u00a33m over 24 months. The Yorkshire and the Humber opportunity is expected to comprise four lots, separating planned cyclical and pre-painting works from ad-hoc painting requirements across two geographical groupings covering the council\u2019s housing portfolio.<\/p>\n

Renewing commercial heating infrastructure, Riverside<\/strong>\u2019s Commercial Boilers Installations Framework Agreement 2026 – 2030 is valued at \u00a35m over an initial 24 months. The framework covers the labour, materials and equipment required to supply, install, test and commission fully operational commercial boiler systems across Riverside<\/strong> properties throughout England, in accordance with statutory requirements, manufacturer recommendations and individual site requirements.<\/p>\n

Accelerating domestic low-carbon heating, Energia Group<\/strong>\u2019s Provision of a Managing Agent Service to Manage, Supply, Deliver, Install and Commission Air Source Heat Pumps is valued at \u00a3640k over 12 months. One supplier will assess Northern Ireland homes, install complete ASHP systems, undertake electrical and building-control requirements, provide EPCs and educate customers about operation and running costs. Optional future requirements may include solar PV and battery storage.<\/p>\n

Keeping essential vertical transport operational, Barcud Shared Services<\/strong>\u2019 Vertical Transportation Maintenance – BSS26015 is valued at \u00a31.24m over 36 months. The Welsh contract covers maintenance and support for vertical transportation systems on behalf of United Welsh Housing Association and Beacon Cymru Group, with respective budgets of \u00a3450k and \u00a3785k excluding VAT.<\/p>\n

Protecting lift reliability, Salix Homes<\/strong>\u2019 Passenger & Domestic Lifting Equipment Servicing and Maintenance is valued at \u00a31.13m over 36 months. The North West procurement is divided into two lots, separating domestic lifts from passenger lifting equipment servicing and maintenance. Tenders will be evaluated equally on quality and price.<\/p>\n

Strengthening fire protection compliance, Hillingdon London Borough<\/strong>\u2019s PIN – Service, Maintenance and Repair of Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Fighting Systems – Questionnaire will run for 36 months, with its value undisclosed. The Greater London contract will cover planned servicing, reactive repairs, replacements and small works involving fire protection systems, emergency lighting and safety devices across more than 11,000 general-needs, sheltered and supported homes and corporate sites.<\/p>\n

Expanding Welsh housing delivery, Codi Group (formerly Pobl Group)<\/strong>\u2019s New Construction Framework is valued at \u00a3750m over 36 months. Six lots divide schemes by region and size, ranging from developments of up to 20 homes in East and West Wales to projects exceeding 100 homes. Codi, its subsidiaries, Ateb Group, Tai Hedyn and United Welsh Housing Association will be permitted to award call-off contracts through the framework.<\/p>\n

Transforming a resident-backed estate, Camden London Borough<\/strong>\u2019s PIN – Redevelopment of the Wendling Estate and St Stephens Close (Meetings on 05.10.2026 & 12.10.2026) has an estimated gross development value of \u00a3500m over 148 months. A joint venture partner would deliver approximately 650\u2013750 energy-efficient affordable and private homes in Greater London, replace the existing hostel and health centre and provide improved public spaces and neighbourhood facilities.<\/p>\n

Regenerating a major town centre, Merton London Borough<\/strong>\u2019s PIN – Development \/ Investment Partner, Morden Town Centre Regeneration Programme has its value and tenure undisclosed. A long-term partner would redevelop three sites in Morden, Greater London, delivering more than 1,500 mixed-tenure homes, including affordable housing, alongside a new civic hub, retail, leisure and commercial space and extensive public-realm improvements. This is a preliminary market engagement exercise rather than a call for competition.<\/p>\n

Creating a national professional-services route, North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO)<\/strong>\u2019s PIN – Specialist Professional Services and Consultancy Framework – NEPRO Four (Questionnaire Submission by 28.09.2026 and Engagement Meetings from 05.10.2026 to 08.10.2026) is valued at \u00a36bn over 48 months. A single neutral vendor will manage a UK-wide supply chain covering asset management, construction, housing, sustainability, facilities management, finance, technology, planning, regeneration and other consultancy disciplines, excluding temporary and permanent recruitment.<\/p>\n

Improving warmth and energy affordability, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council<\/strong>\u2019s Provision of a Cosy Homes in Lancashire (CHiL) Delivery Partner for Domestic Energy Initiatives 2026 is valued at \u00a3720k over 24 months. The North West partner will provide energy-efficiency advice, retrofit surveys and coordination, support funding applications, engage private landlords, promote renewable technologies and develop a trusted installer network to reduce household bills, carbon emissions and cold-home health risks.<\/p>\n

Assuring quality across estate improvements, Industrial Dwellings Society Ltd. (IDS)<\/strong>\u2019s Clerk of Works for Navarino Mansions is valued at \u00a360k over 24 months. Commencing in April 2027, the Greater London appointment will oversee whole-estate improvement works, report to the project manager and work alongside the quantity surveyor and building surveyor.
