Up to six suppliers will deliver whole-house, fabric-first retrofit assessments, coordination, marketing, installation, handover and monitoring across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, in accordance with PAS 2035:2023. An online supplier event is scheduled for 18 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Renewing key housing components, <strong>Folkestone &amp; Hythe District Council<\/strong>\u2019s Replacement UPVC Windows and Doors Programme 2027 &#8211; 2029 has a maximum value of \u00a34.05m. The initial 24-month South East contract is estimated at \u00a31.56m, potentially rising to \u00a32.7m with additional funding, with the overall maximum including a further 12-month extension.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting faster re-letting nationwide, <strong>Clarion Housing Group<\/strong>\u2019s Void and Sparkle Cleaning Tender (National) is valued at \u00a34m over an initial 12 months. Twelve regional lots cover void inspections, maintenance, defect management and sparkle cleaning for void homes, show homes and marketing suites across England. Two further 12-month extensions could increase the total term to three years.<\/p>\n<p>Maintaining specialist bathing and mobility assets, <strong>Dundee City Council<\/strong>\u2019s Service and Maintenance of Medical Baths &amp; Lifting Equipment will initially run for 36 months, with its value undisclosed. The Scottish contract covers inspections, LOLER examinations, testing, certification, servicing and urgent repairs, commencing on 1 December 2026. Extension options could increase the total term to seven years.<\/p>\n<p>Modernising estate heating infrastructure, <strong>Southwark Council<\/strong>\u2019s PIN &#8211; Wyndham Estate Phase 2 Underground Mains is valued at \u00a34.5m over 12 months. The Greater London works will replace underground distribution mains not renewed during Phase One, bringing the full network to a modern standard and reducing service interruptions. This is a pipeline notice, with procurement planned through the NHMF Frameworx Heating Services Framework.<\/p>\n<p>Strengthening mechanical compliance assurance, <strong>Southwark Council<\/strong>\u2019s Quality Auditing of Mechanical Services is valued at \u00a31.3m over 36 months. One provider will audit gas servicing and boiler installations, leaseholder certification, district-heating plant, energy centres, Legionella controls, maintenance records and work in progress across the council\u2019s Greater London housing stock.<\/p>\n<p>Upgrading domestic heating systems, <strong>Cernach Housing Association Ltd.<\/strong>\u2019s Boiler Replacements (60NR) is valued at \u00a3185k over two months. The Scottish contract covers the replacement of 60 boilers, with tenders evaluated on 60% quality and 40% price and contract award scheduled for 10 November 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Improving lift reliability and resilience, <strong>Islington London Borough<\/strong>\u2019s PIN &#8211; Lift Repairs and Maintenance Services &#8211; 2627-0169 &#8211; Questionnaire is valued at \u00a321.31m over 24 months. The proposed Greater London procurement covers responsive repairs, servicing and maintenance for 426 housing lifts and 52 lifts in public buildings. The council is considering separate housing and non-housing lots, multiple contractors and mutual-support arrangements.<\/p>\n<p>Making low-carbon technologies more accessible, <strong>Ambition North Wales<\/strong>\u2019s PIN &#8211; Collective Purchasing Scheme for Domestic Low-Carbon Technologies &#8211; Questionnaire is valued at \u00a31.49m over 36 months. A delivery partner would operate a regional group-purchasing scheme for solar PV, battery storage and EV charging across six North Wales authorities, including bilingual marketing, installer management, customer support, quality assurance and competitive purchasing.<\/p>\n<p>Closing outstanding fire-safety actions, <strong>Canterbury City Council<\/strong>\u2019s Fire Remedials &amp; Associated Works is valued at \u00a31.2m over an initial 12 months. The South East contract is expected to commence in December 2026 and may be extended through three additional one-year periods, subject to satisfactory performance. Tenders will be assessed on 70% price and 30% quality.<\/p>\n<p>Delivering new homes in Manchester, <strong>Clarion Housing Property Development Services Ltd.<\/strong>\u2019s Design and Build 75 Units at the Peacock Centre &amp; Pipewell Avenue, Gorton is valued at \u00a316.2m over 18 months. The appointed principal contractor will design and construct 75 homes at the North West site, with the award determined entirely on quality.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing forward a mixed housing scheme, <strong>Tai Tarian Ltd<\/strong>\u2019s PIN &#8211; Menai Avenue Development &#8211; Ref 01046 (Meet the Buyer Event on 07.10.2026) is valued at \u00a35m over 24 months. One contractor will deliver 29 Welsh homes across three parcels, comprising flats, supported-living accommodation, houses and bungalows, together with drainage, highways, infrastructure, landscaping and external works.<\/p>\n<p>Expanding affordable-rent provision, <strong>Choice<\/strong>\u2019s Dundonald Area Land, Design and Build &#8211; Maple and May Ltd &#8211; PRN26138 is valued at \u00a33.5m over 18 months. Developers will provide land and design and construct schemes of up to 20 homes in Northern Ireland to Department for Communities and Maple and May standards. Multiple awards may be made, subject to planning and funding approval.<\/p>\n<p>Protecting social housing exteriors, <strong>Folkestone &amp; Hythe District Council<\/strong>\u2019s External Planned Works for Social Housing 2027-29 is valued at approximately \u00a31.32m including extension options. The initial \u00a3875k, 24-month South East programme covers repointing, re-rendering, structural remedies and associated external-envelope works, with up to a further 12 months available.<\/p>\n<p>Managing asbestos risks across housing assets, <strong>Adra<\/strong>\u2019s Asbestos Framework &#8211; Reactive &amp; Planned Surveying Services and Removal Works is valued at \u00a3500k over 48 months. The Welsh framework is divided into separate asbestos-surveying and asbestos-removal lots, with reactive and planned requirements under both. Each lot will be evaluated equally on price and quality.<\/p>\n<p>Modernising staff and customer facilities, <strong>Progress Housing Group<\/strong>\u2019s Refurbishment Works to Sumner House WC&#8217;S (Site Visit on 21.09.2026) is valued at \u00a390k over three months. The North West project covers toilets, showers and accessible facilities across three floors of Sumner House in Leyland. A site visit on 21 September is mandatory, with evaluation based on technical quality, cost and social value.<\/p>\n<p>Renewing roofline and drainage components, <strong>Calvay Housing Association Ltd.<\/strong>\u2019s Roofline and RW \/ Waste Pipework Replacements Framework 2026 has an initial five-month term, with its value undisclosed. Up to three contractors will undertake the design and replacement of timber or UPVC soffits, fascias, verges, bargeboards, rainwater goods and waste pipework at occupied properties in Barlanark, Glasgow. Extensions may run until October 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Bolstering specialist project delivery, <strong>Gentoo Group Ltd.<\/strong>\u2019s PIN &#8211; Construction Consultancy Framework &#8211; 2027 &#8211; 2031 is valued at \u00a35m over 48 months. The North East framework will cover clerks of works, M&amp;E engineers, CDM and Building Safety Act principal designers, project managers, structural engineers and employer\u2019s agents, including dedicated high-rise and development or new-build disciplines.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting Scotland\u2019s EPC reforms, <strong>Scottish Government<\/strong>\u2019s Development of Final EPC Wrapper is valued at \u00a3150k over six months. The provider will develop the final Scottish domestic Energy Performance Certificate wrapper and related technical infrastructure, with work anticipated to commence on 19 October 2026. A further six-month extension is available for unforeseen delays.<\/p>\n<p>Maintaining robust fire-risk oversight, <strong>Loreburn Housing Association Ltd.<\/strong>\u2019s Appointment of Fire Risk Assessor 2026 &#8211; 2028 will run for 24 months, with its value undisclosed.
