Delivering a mixed-use town-centre scheme, Fenland District Council<\/strong>\u2019s Construction of 6 Flats and Commercial Unit, 11\u201312 High Street is valued at \u00a33m over 12 months. The East Anglia open competition covers construction of a four-storey building in Wisbech, comprising a large ground-floor commercial unit with six residential flats above.<\/p>\n

Creating 18 new homes in Leicestershire, Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council<\/strong>\u2019s Redevelopment of Peggs Close Site is valued at \u00a32.5m over 15 months. The East Midlands design-and-build project at Earl Shilton will provide a mixture of one-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses, with prospective contractors strongly encouraged to visit the site.<\/p>\n

Renewing a care-home roof, Caerphilly County Borough Council<\/strong>\u2019s Min-y-Mynydd Care Home – Flat Roof Renewal is valued at \u00a345k over approximately one month. The Welsh project covers replacement of the existing flat roof in accordance with the specified Alumasc system, with construction expected to last around three weeks.<\/p>\n

Providing technical oversight for new housing, Waverley Borough Council<\/strong>\u2019s Provision of EA, QS and CDM Consultant Services for Chatsworth Avenue and Hadrians Community Centre will run for an initial 42 months, with its value undisclosed. The South East commission covers Employer\u2019s Agent, quantity surveying and construction design-management services throughout pre-construction, construction and post-completion, with a further 12-month extension available.\n
