Expanding access to specialist building services, National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF)<\/strong>\u2019s PIN – Mechanical & Electrical Framework – NI is valued at \u00a3500m over 48 months. The proposed domestic and commercial framework covers electrical installations, security systems, active fire safety, mechanical services, sprinklers, renewables and multidisciplinary M&E programmes across Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n

Maintaining essential fire-protection equipment, Loreburn Housing Association Ltd.<\/strong>\u2019s Maintenance & Repair of Sprinkler Systems is valued at \u00a3140k over an initial 24 months. A single contractor will service and repair installations serving approximately 103 properties or rooms across seven Scottish developments, with two optional annual extensions available.<\/p>\n

Supporting new housing delivery in West Belfast, Apex Housing Group<\/strong>\u2019s Competitive Land, Design and Build Competition for West Belfast Area – APX055 is valued at \u00a341.67m over 24 months. Developers will provide land and design and construct schemes containing at least ten homes, with mixed social and affordable tenure proposals considered and wheelchair-accessible accommodation expected.<\/p>\n

Creating long-term accommodation for older residents, North Yorkshire Council<\/strong>\u2019s Extra Care Housing – Cardale Park – 618-NYC-HA is valued at \u00a330m excluding VAT, or approximately \u00a336m including VAT, over 328 months. The lead organisation will finance, design, build and operate an extra-care housing scheme at Cardale Park in Harrogate, with the development expected to become operational during autumn 2029.<\/p>\n

Preparing a new compliance framework, Bristol City Council<\/strong>\u2019s PIN – Asbestos Removal and Air Testing Framework is valued at \u00a33.5m over 36 months, although the engagement deadline has passed. The proposed two-lot arrangement covers asbestos remediation services and independent air testing with four-stage clearance procedures across Bristol.<\/p>\n

Improving external areas around council homes, Swansea City and County<\/strong>\u2019s Contract for the Execution of Environmental Facilities West Cross Phase 2 is valued at \u00a31.28m over five months. Two lots cover fencing, gates, clothes lines, paths and hedges serving 96 houses and ten blocks of flats, with the works delivered in accordance with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.<\/p>\n

Providing multidisciplinary project support, Reading Borough Council<\/strong>\u2019s PIN – Employer\u2019s Agent & Multi Disciplinary Professional Services will run for 48 months, with its value undisclosed. The corporate consultancy service will support the planning, procurement, delivery and post-completion administration of construction, refurbishment, compliance and asset-related projects across the Council\u2019s property portfolio.\n
