Leading today’s procurement activity, Inner Moray Firth Housing & Property Maintenance Framework – 2026 from <\/span>The Highland Council<\/b> represents a \u00a349.6m procurement opportunity for a minimum three-year framework with extension options. The framework covers housing stock and property maintenance through multiple trade lots including general building, electrical, plumbing, roofing, ventilation, painting, grounds works, civils and principal contractor services across the Inner Moray Firth area, providing extensive opportunities for specialist maintenance contractors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, <\/span>CURO<\/b> has launched Cyclical Decoration and Maintenance Repairs, a \u00a333.5m procurement opportunity proposing a 5+5-year contract covering more than 14,000 homes across Bath, Bristol and the wider South West.
