Partnering with nine contractors, it has created jobs, apprenticeships, and community funding while improving homes. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingexecutive.co.uk\/lq-generate-more-than-100m-in-social-value\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Housing Executive<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Newham Council plans a \u00a32m CCTV upgrade to modernise systems, expand coverage, and install cameras across priority areas, including housing estates.
