Supporting housing quality improvements, Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement 2026 – 2029 from Provanhall Housing Association Ltd. is a £2.2m contract for replacing around 260 kitchens and bathrooms within occupied properties. Enhancing planned maintenance programmes, Provision of Supply & Fit of Lifecycle Gas Heating Systems – Lot 1b from Scottish Borders Housing Association is a £668k contract covering the installation of gas heating systems across its housing stock. The procurement supports the association’s planned maintenance programme through a 2+2+1-year contract running to 2031.

Expanding facilities management services, Cleaning Services Procurement (FM DPS) from YMCA St. Paul’s Group is a £2.4m procurement opportunity for planned and periodic cleaning services, consumables management, performance reporting and mobilisation across its property portfolio. The contract will be procured through the Procurement Act 2023 using the Competitive Flexible Procedure.

Improving turnaround of vacant homes, Framework Agreement for the Provision of Void Property Cleaning and Internal / External Clearance – Lots 1 – 2 from Swansea City and County is a £950k framework covering cleaning services alongside internal and external clearance of void council properties. Supporting regeneration ambitions, EOI – Procurement for a Developer for Brimscombe Port from Stroud District Council is a £50m expression of interest seeking a development partner for the regeneration of Brimscombe Port. The proposed scheme includes around 150 residential homes, affordable housing, commercial space, canal restoration and high-quality public realm.

Accelerating affordable housing delivery, Land, Design and Build Mid & East Antrim and Antrim & Newtownabbey from Clanmil Housing Association is a £20m procurement opportunity to appoint developers for land, design and build housing schemes across two council areas. Each proposal is expected to deliver a minimum of 10 new homes.

Strengthening statutory compliance, Asbestos Management and Removal Framework 2027 from Riverside is a £10m multi-supplier framework covering asbestos management, asbestos removal, planned compliance, responsive repairs and void works across England and Scotland. The framework is designed to improve compliance, operational resilience and housing safety over a five-year potential term.

Boosting council house delivery, Development of New Build Council Housing at Trawscoed from Powys County Council is a £7.3m contract to construct 24 new council homes, including flats, bungalows and family houses. The development will achieve EPC A ratings while meeting Welsh Development Quality Requirements 2021 and Secured by Design Gold standards.

Investing in property maintenance, Roofing and Scaffolding from Lewisham London Borough is a £13.7m procurement to establish a multi-supplier framework for roofing and scaffolding works across three repair delivery localities. The framework will support responsive repairs and planned maintenance using the Procurement Act 2023 Competitive Flexible Procedure.

Completing today’s major opportunities, Supply, Delivery and Stock Management of Materials for Services from Darlington Borough Council is a £62.5m procurement opportunity structured across 10 lots for the supply, delivery and stock management of operational materials. The contract will support repairs, maintenance and wider council operational services through flexible supply arrangements.
