Supporting responsive maintenance services, Stonewater Ltd has launched Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Maintenance Services – West Rural Region, a £15.8m contract covering responsive repairs, emergency maintenance and void property works across its West Rural housing stock following the expiry of its current arrangement in December 2026. Stonewater has also begun market engagement for Insurance and Related Services for Property, Legal Liability and Other General (Non-Life) Insurable Risks , a £20.2m future procurement supporting property and operational insurance services.

Supporting long-term asset investment, Planned Works from Home Group outlines a £14.5m procurement opportunity for a 2+2+1-year planned maintenance contract across Yorkshire. The forthcoming contract will appoint an experienced contractor to deliver planned maintenance works through an interfaced solution, reinforcing Home Group’s housing stock investment programme.

Strengthening community protection, Kent County Council has commenced market engagement for Home Safety and Security Installation Service , an estimated £1.5m procurement opportunity over an indicative 3+2-year term. The future contract will deliver home security installations and target hardening measures for vulnerable residents, helping shape a future Procurement Act 2023 compliant procurement opportunity.

Supporting statutory compliance, Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers from Swindon Borough Council is valued at £170k over 3 years. The contract covers servicing and maintenance of approximately 1,000 fire extinguishers annually across council buildings, providing an important fire safety and compliance opportunity with quality, health and safety and social value built into the evaluation.

Enhancing estate security, Door & Access Controls CCTV – BAF26024 – Barcud Shared Services from Bron Afon Community Housing offers a £108k contract over a maximum 8-week programme. The works include replacing door access control systems and installing new cloud-based CCTV across housing properties in Torfaen, improving security and compliance across the housing stock.

Creating future residential development opportunities, Monmouthshire Housing Association has launched Development Opportunity / Proposed Disposal of Land – Phase B, Rockfield Farm, Undy, an estimated £30m opportunity with an indicative 2027-2032 delivery period. The market engagement will inform the procurement of a development partner to deliver 88 homes, including affordable housing, under a potential development agreement supporting mixed-tenure residential growth.

Continuing investment in housing interiors, Supply and Installation of Carpets and Vinyl Flooring from West Lancashire Borough Council is a £600k contract for the supply and installation of carpets and vinyl flooring within furnished tenancy properties, helping maintain housing standards and improve tenant-ready accommodation across the council’s housing stock.

Completing today’s housing works, Disabled Extension Works at 2 Fallowfield Close from Bradford Metropolitan City Council is valued at £150k. The contract covers a single-storey bedroom extension, level-access shower room, kitchen alterations and associated access works, delivering essential home adaptations that improve accessibility and independent living.
