Design and Construction – London Chest Phase 1 – Main Contractor has been awarded by Clarion Housing Group to JJ Rhatigan & Co. (UK) under a £31.99m, 55-month contract for the design and construction of 76 affordable rent homes across two blocks, together with associated landscaping.

8 Hamilton Drive Redevelopment has been awarded by Havering London Borough to Elm Site Services under a £450k, 12-month contract for the redevelopment of 8 Hamilton Drive.

Internal Conversion and Adaptation the Stackyard CWFC Lot 1 has been awarded by Cumberland Council to William King Construction under a £341k, 2-month contract for the conversion and adaptation of an existing residential property into a four-bedroom children’s home.
