Improving the turnaround of empty homes, Leicester City Council’s PIN – Void Property Repair, Refurbishment & Associated Works – PAN3422 – Questionnaire is valued at £17.25m and listed with a 24-month tenure. The proposed East Midlands service will provide integrated repairs and refurbishment across varied council housing, including sheltered and supported accommodation. The market engagement notice separately indicates a potential maximum duration of 48 months and is not currently a call for competition.

Supporting residents to live independently, Westminster London Borough’s PIN – Aids and Adaptations is valued at £16.09m over 36 months. The Greater London contract will cover major and minor adaptations, wet rooms, accessible kitchens, stairlifts, hoists, responsive repairs, planned maintenance, equipment inspections and associated building works across occupied and void homes. Questionnaire responses are required by 17 September 2026.

Upgrading homes across Stoke-on-Trent, Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s Repairs and Maintenance Service (RMS) – Energy Efficiency and Bungalow Improvements Project 2027 – CRN/2026/300 is valued at £780k over five months. The programme covers UPVC cladding, external wall insulation, windows, lighting, insulated meter boxes, store doors, handrails and external painting, with RMS acting as principal contractor.

Safeguarding gas installations across public buildings, Staffordshire County Council’s Framework Agreement for the Provision of Gas Tightness Testing is valued at £250k over 24 months. The framework covers inspections, gas-tightness testing, ventilation checks and written compliance reports across approximately 387 properties, including schools, residential care homes, offices, fire stations and other facilities in Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

Preparing a nationwide vertical-transport framework, North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO)’s PIN – Lifts, Escalator & Related Equipment – Maintenance, Repair & Refurbishment – NEPO408 – Questionnaire is valued at £52m over 48 months. The UK-wide framework will provide NEPO members and associate members with maintenance, repairs and refurbishment services for lifts, escalators and related equipment, with supplier feedback helping to shape the final structure.

Enabling kitchen and bathroom programmes, Leeds City Council’s PIN – Full and Partial Re-Wires for Kitchen and Bathroom Upgrades and Isolated Rewires – Leeds Building Services is valued at £3.6m over 24 months. The Yorkshire and the Humber opportunity covers full, partial and isolated electrical rewiring works within occupied domestic properties.

Delivering a mixed-use town-centre scheme, Fenland District Council’s Construction of 6 Flats and Commercial Unit, 11–12 High Street is valued at £3m over 12 months. The East Anglia open competition covers construction of a four-storey building in Wisbech, comprising a large ground-floor commercial unit with six residential flats above.

Creating 18 new homes in Leicestershire, Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council’s Redevelopment of Peggs Close Site is valued at £2.5m over 15 months. The East Midlands design-and-build project at Earl Shilton will provide a mixture of one-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses, with prospective contractors strongly encouraged to visit the site.

Renewing a care-home roof, Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Min-y-Mynydd Care Home – Flat Roof Renewal is valued at £45k over approximately one month. The Welsh project covers replacement of the existing flat roof in accordance with the specified Alumasc system, with construction expected to last around three weeks.

Providing technical oversight for new housing, Waverley Borough Council’s Provision of EA, QS and CDM Consultant Services for Chatsworth Avenue and Hadrians Community Centre will run for an initial 42 months, with its value undisclosed. The South East commission covers Employer’s Agent, quantity surveying and construction design-management services throughout pre-construction, construction and post-completion, with a further 12-month extension available.
