Delivering new affordable homes in Wales, Adra’s Datbylgiad Lon Eilian Development has an undisclosed value and tenure. The project covers demolition of existing garages at Lon Eilian in Caernarfon and construction of four affordable flats compliant with current building regulations, Welsh Development Quality Requirements, Secured by Design and Lifetime Homes standards.

Designing a new Belfast housing scheme, Clanmil Housing Association’s Architect-led, Multi-Disciplinary Design at Glenbryn Drive – TEN571 – ALDT is valued at up to £240k, with its tenure undisclosed. The appointed team will provide architectural leadership, principal designer, mechanical, electrical, civil and structural engineering services for a new social housing development at Glenbryn in Northern Ireland.

Advancing further social housing delivery, Clanmil Housing Association’s Architect-led, Multi-Disciplinary Design at Cliftonpark Avenue – TEN575 – ALDT is valued at up to £120k, with its tenure undisclosed. The multidisciplinary team will lead the design of a new community-integrated housing scheme at Cliftonpark Avenue in Belfast, providing architectural, principal designer, building-services, civil and structural engineering expertise.
