Improving the turnaround and quality of vacant homes, Bernicia Group Ltd.’s Voids & Minor Works Framework is valued at £22.08m and has an initial term of 24 months, with extensions of up to six additional years. The framework covers void-property refurbishment, compliance works, kitchens, bathrooms, decoration, electrical and plumbing works, damp and mould remediation, fire-safety improvements, adaptations and other planned or reactive property works across North East England.

Supporting new-build and regeneration delivery, Valleys to Coast Housing Ltd. (V2C)’s PIN – Contractors Framework is valued at £246m over a proposed four-year maximum term. Structured across four lots covering projects from one to more than 50 homes, the framework will support housebuilding, refurbishment, regeneration, alterations and extensions, with up to four contractors appointed per lot and call-offs awarded through direct awards or competitive mini-tenders.

Expanding the availability of emergency housing, Castle Point Borough Council’s Temporary Accommodation Scheme is valued at £12.8m over 28 months. The design-and-build contract will develop a site in Thundersley into temporary accommodation, covering detailed design from RIBA Stage 3 Plus, construction, commissioning, testing, certification, utility works and handover of the completed development.

Advancing a major housing-led regeneration programme, Blackpool Borough Council’s PIN – Central Housing Regeneration – Questionnaire will inform the appointment of a development partner for the Central Housing Regeneration Area project. The 61-month opportunity will support the creation of a high-quality residential neighbourhood intended to transform Blackpool Central, although the estimated contract value has not yet been disclosed.

Shaping long-term neighbourhood investment, Warrington Borough Council’s Hulme Plan Development is valued at £40k over two months. The appointed consultant will prepare a submission-ready Pride in Place Plan comprising a ten-year vision, four-year investment plan, Theory of Change, monitoring framework and evidence-based baseline assessment reflecting local priorities and MHCLG requirements.
