The event will include presentations on local government reorganisation and social value, one-to-one procurement sessions and networking opportunities for suppliers interested in working with East Suffolk, South Norfolk, Broadland and Great Yarmouth councils.

Maintaining essential heating systems in council homes, Folkestone & Hythe District Council’s PIN – Oil Heating Servicing and Maintenance for Social Housing 2026 has an estimated initial value of £300k over 36 months and a maximum five-year value of £500k. The contract will cover servicing, repairs, maintenance, installation and replacement works for oil-fired heating and hot-water systems serving approximately 96 domestic properties.

Advancing sustainable drainage across the North West, United Utilities Water Ltd’s PIN – Rainwater Management will run for 36 months, with its value undisclosed. The proposed framework could deliver up to 10,000 interventions, including rain gardens, permeable paving, green and blue roofs, attenuation ponds, swales, natural flood-management measures, drainage disconnections, surveys, landscaping and associated civil-engineering works.

Strengthening housing compliance across multiple regions, Orbit Group Ltd.’s Property Compliance Services – Phase i – Mechanical and Electrical Services 1 (GPL0304i) is listed at £79.58m over an initial 36 months, with a maximum ten-year value of £95.5m. The three-lot procurement covers EICRs, air conditioning, emergency lighting, generator points, PAT testing, uninterruptible power supplies, fall-arrest systems and mechanical ventilation.

Addressing complex external-wall fire safety, Newlon Housing Trust’s Works is to Install All Vertical and Horizontal Fire Cavity Barriers to 2, 10, 18, 27, 34, 42 Queensland Road is valued at £10m over 24 months. The project requires external façades to be stripped back and reconstructed with new cavity barriers, insulation, masonry and zinc cladding, alongside fire-stopping around openings, penetrations and M&E components.

Expanding affordable and social housing supply, Stonewater Ltd’s Construction of 29 New Dwellings at Stopham Road is valued at £8.54m over 15 months. The scheme comprises 22 houses, one wheelchair-accessible bungalow and six flats, together with hard and soft landscaping, an estate spine road and Section 278 highway improvements.

Transforming a former guesthouse into shared accommodation, Teignbridge District Council’s Harewood House HMO Conversion and Refurbishment Works will run for 17 months, with its value undisclosed. The project will create a seven-bedroom HMO through internal refurbishment, new ensuite facilities, kitchen improvements, fireproofing, acoustic and thermal upgrades, roof works, decoration, driveway resurfacing and landscaping.

Renewing residential roofs in Glasgow, New Gorbals Housing Association Ltd.’s Roof Replacements & Associated Works Phase 1 – 36 – 56 St Ninian Terrace – Ewing Somerville Partnership (Scotland) Ltd will run for four months. The works include partial roof refurbishment, timber and leadwork repairs, liquid-plastic treatments, chimney repointing, masonry repairs, replacement gutters and downpipes, scaffolding and external decoration.

Continuing the roofing programme, New Gorbals Housing Association Ltd.’s Roof Replacements & Associated Works Phase 2 – 6 – 34 St Ninian Terrace & 109 Old Rutherglen Road – Ewing Somerville Partnership (Scotland) Ltd will run for four months and covers roof timbers, leadwork, liquid plastics, chimney and masonry repairs, rainwater goods, scaffolding and external decoration.

Completing the phased roof improvements, New Gorbals Housing Association Ltd.’s Roof Replacements & Associated Works Phase 3 – 111 – 143 Old Rutherglen Road – Ewing Somerville Partnership (Scotland) Ltd will run for four months. The contract covers partial roof refurbishment, leadwork, timber repairs, liquid-plastic applications, chimney repointing, minor stone and brick repairs, replacement rainwater goods and associated external works.
