Camden London Borough requires a works contractor to deliver two buildings across a 15-month programme in Greater London.

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council and the Fitzwilliam Wentworth Estate are jointly seeking a partner to plan, service, and deliver this significant Yorkshire new-build scheme.

Construction consultancy professionals across South East Wales should engage with the PIN – Technical & Professional Services Framework 2 (SEWTAPS 2) – Questionnaire, a £200m, 48-month framework succeeding the original SEWTAPS arrangement. Cardiff Council is gathering market intelligence to shape this regional professional services opportunity offering value and added value across consultancy disciplines.

Architect-led multidisciplinary teams are invited to pursue the Chipperfield Road Development Multidisciplinary Consultancy (RIBA 2-7), a £2.75m, 47-month instruction supporting council housing delivery in the London Borough of Bromley. Bromley London Borough will assess submissions on a 60% price and 40% quality basis.
