Passivhaus standards define this £5.4m contract for Design, Construction and Completion of 19 Residential Dwellings at Georgeham CLT CAS-01065-D5C0K8, tendered by Aster Group across a 12-month term. Works include external landscaping, off-site service connections and alterations to an adopted road on a sloping greenfield site in the South West.

Mixed-tenure new-build housing in Mid Wales is the subject of PIN – Development of New Build Council Housing at Churchstoke, Powys, Mid Wales, with Powys County Council seeking contractors for 38 dwellings valued at £1.14m. The 18-month scheme delivers a range of bungalows and houses across one, two, three and four-bedroom typologies.

Redevelopment of a care and support facility is central to PIN – Development of London Road, with North Northamptonshire Council progressing plans for 73-75 London Road, Kettering over a 24-month programme. The scheme will provide a Care Leavers Hub alongside Staying Close apartments supporting Children’s Services across the upper floors.

Domestic energy compliance work across Northern Ireland is sought through Provision of Energy Performance Certificates, with Northern Ireland Housing Executive requiring a contractor to deliver EPCs for properties entering the change of tenancy process. The £84k contract runs for 12 months.
